🎯 Why balsa‑wood?

I wanted a clean design without a 3D‑printer. Since I enjoy working with wood, I went with balsa‑wood to hand‑craft the enclosure.

Stopper pattern I used to keep the displays tight:

First fit and shell shaping for the big display.

I added stoppers and extra reinforcement to make the front shell very rigid — it feels solid.
