This post continues the development of the automatic litter box project.
After reinforcing the enclosure and improving the structural rigidity, the focus shifted to validating the mechanical behavior of the drum assembly itself.
At this stage, there is no motor installed yet — this session focuses purely on structural alignment and mechanical smoothness.

This video captures one of the first proper live mechanical validation sessions.
The goal is to verify that the drum rotates smoothly and consistently before introducing powered actuation.

This revision demonstrates much more predictable mechanical behavior.
