When I’m not home, my cats still need food. I started a new project and explored a few concepts to find a design I like.

Printed all chassis parts for the hardware and spent time dialing in the water‑wheel mechanics so it runs smoothly. image

⏭️ Next steps

  • Calibrate portion size and rotation per feed.
  • Add sensors (jam detection / position).
  • Wire up controller + relays; plan enclosure.
  • Safety check for paws & fur near moving parts.
